The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. I'd return just for that! DEFINITELY better than on photos.

Hilton Garden, conveniently near NYC attractions, offers accommodating staff, comfortable beds, and soundproof rooms. Check-in was smooth, and early check-in and bag storage were a plus.

Liked the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay in a long time. The restaurant here was magnificent with a light breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we both ordered appetising dishes.

We had a satisfactory continentalbreakfast included. The staff was courteous with your manager. In addition, parking was nearby.

The location was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Restaurant had good food. Some minor hiccups with facilities, but overall a great stay. Would definitely come back.

Live entertainment options could enhance relaxation.

The hotel's location was prime for exploring NYC, superb! The room was compact but neat, slept soundly each night. Loved the warm shower and useful amenities, all in all, very convenient for travelers, near the subway and shops. 🌆 Unfortunately, breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, room layout could use some reworking for better functionality.

The location rocked - close to all the action in NYC with a peaceful hop over to Bryant Park, the view from the room was top-notch, giving us a sweet glimpse of Times Square and the cityscape, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel's lounge was a chill spot to unwind and catch some live entertainment 🎶. Only hiccup was a double charge on the credit card during check-in, but it got sorted eventually - a minor blip in an otherwise fab stay!

The location was very convenient, especially for subway train connections and being near the UN Headquarters where our meetings were held. It was also surrounded by lots of food places, and we loved the restaurant within the hotel. the rooms were very clean, and we felt safe with the requirement of using our room key to use the elevator. the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily walk to everything.

Additionally, the hotel offers a three-computer business nook with a printer that can be accessed via Wi-Fi, as well as a business center and a fitness center for convenience.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room where I could conduct private meetings with potential business partners.

Comfy beds, big flat screen TV, and always available elevators. Super friendly maids. Could use an extra washer and dryer, but not a deal breaker. More ice machines would be nice. As foreign tourists, we loved the central location, just steps away from Times Square and Bryant Park. The metro stop nearby made it easy to explore the city. The hotel's database location was perfect for accessing all the attractions. The cleaning staff did a great job in keeping our room tidy and comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a tea & coffee machine and an iron in the room. The shower kit in the bathroom was a nice touch. The concierge, Carla, was absolutely fantastic! She helped us book our day trip to Washington DC and provided fantastic local advice. The service from all staff members, from security to the front desk, was extremely helpful and polite.

Located near Times Square and easy access to the subway, this hotel is a great spot to explore Manhattan. The theatre district is also within walking distance. I loved the comfy bed, clean bathroom, and well-equipped room with a mini fridge and microwave. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the Waterford crystal ball from our corner room.

Housekeeping entering the room without knocking was a negative experience, but overall my nine-night stay was great.
